Pro tip: The more fit you are, the easier it is to take on more challenging workouts. If you find a class at a gym you love and want to advance in, try out that class weekly for an entire month and see if you can keep up with the instructors’ moves. If so, it’s probably time for something more advanced!

We currently service the Hills District and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Both with a 3 day split. The Hills is Monday, Wednesday & Friday and The East is Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
We get this question many times as trainers. The answer is always the same- Well, it depends. Each client is unique and individual, so some people may get to their goal slower than other people or more rapidly than other people. Though the goal for us collectively always remains the same: For you to reach your desired goal as quickly as possible without compromising the enjoyment of our Journey together.
