What areas do you currently service?
We currently service the Hills District and Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Both with a 3 day split. The Hills is Monday, Wednesday & Friday and The East is Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday.
How long will it take me to lose “X” kilograms?
We get this question many times as trainers. The answer is always the same- Well, it depends. Each client is unique and individual, so some people may get to their goal slower than other people or more rapidly than other people. Though the goal for us collectively always remains the same: For you to reach your desired goal as quickly as possible without compromising the enjoyment of our Journey together.
What style of training do you specialise in?
We cater to the clients goals and needs specifically, but we specialise in Strength training, HIIT training & Hypertrophy. Weight loss/Weight (muscle) gain is a by-product of these styles. Above all, regardless of our style we teach you how to move your body correctly. The Kinetik Way.
